Antonio Cassella

Short biography

Antonio Cassella was born in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia, in 1940. He had his primary education in the Italian Tortona, Uscio, and Recco; and high-school, in Chiavari (Italy) and Maracaibo (Venezuela). In 1965 he obtained a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from La Universidad del Zulia in Venezuela. For the next 17 years Antonio developed new oil fields in the tidal bay of Maracaibo with Creole (a subsidiary of Esso/ExxonMobil) and Lagoven (a subsidiary of Petróleos de Venezuela  [PDVSA]).

In 1976, he worked with Exxon Production Research in Houston; and with Strategic Planning of PDVSA between 1983 and 1993. From 1994 to 1997 he was a visiting scientist at the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research of the Energy Lab of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, at Cambridge (MA, USA). His diurnal research there led to establishing two scenarios of the global growth of population, energy consumption, and the economy country by country; i.e., until 2060. Then and there he realized that economic growth must be redirected, and the mystery of creative intelligence unveiled in saving the world from an environmental avalanche in the 21st century.

In June 1997, his nocturnal exploration of the psychological roots of autism led to a master’s degree in Psychology, the Dean's List,  the "Thomas Small Prize," and the "Award for Outstanding ALM Thesis in the Area of Natural and Human Sciences" from Harvard University. In 2001, his research about polyvalent words allowed  Antonio Cassella to receive from the Universidad Simón Rodríguez in Caracas a doctoral degree of Research and Teaching in Sciences of Education.

His writings in Italian, Spanish, and English (at Amazon Prime and Kindle) about the implications of the logos heuristics show that every person, every concern, and all of us may merge for the benefit of our children

  1. the local certainty sought by our autistic facet on the path of the 1st attention
  2. the nonlocal hope sought by our artistic facet on the coherence path of the 2nd attention, and
  3. the vision and will inherent in the decoherence path of the 3rd Attention

On the Way of true, good, and beautiful smiles, our children will restore the Commons of the Earth—among them, the atmosphere and the cycle of water.

Antonio leaned on the logos heuristics to locate:

  •  in 2016, the lost painting Natività (Nativity Scene) by Leonardo da Vinci in the Church of Santa Maria Canale at Tortona;
  • in 2017, Leonardo's lost mural Fight for the Standard, 7.035 m. under Vasari's painting Battaglia di Marciano in the Hall of the 500, at Florence's Palazzo Vecchio; and
  • in 2018, three buried temples to Sah-Osiris-Orion south of Cairo.

Antonio Cassella heads the research activities of Research Autism LLC (FL, USA) and IMERISYA (Instituto Merideño de Investigación de la Inteligencia Social y del Autismo) in Mérida, Venezuela.

  1.  la certeza local buscada por nuestra faceta autista en el camino de la 1ra atención;

  • en el 2016, del cuadro extraviado Natività de Leonardo da Vinci en la Iglesia de Santa Maria Canale de Tortona (Italia);

  • nel 2016, della pittura perduta Natività di Leonardo da Vinci nella Chiesa di Santa Maria Canale a Tortona;
